The wobie box is not displayed in the Wi-Fi list – What should I do when setting it up with the wobie fav app?

If the wobie box does not appear in the Wi-Fi list during setup with the wobie fav app , please proceed as follows:

Put the wobie box into pairing mode:

• Open the flap on the bottom of the wobie box , behind which the connections are located.
• Make sure that the LED on the wobie box is white – not blue or yellow!
• Press and hold the connect button for 4 seconds until the wobie box is found in the settings. The LED will pulse while the wobie box searches for Wi-Fi networks.
  

Wait until the connection is established. The wobie fav app should now automatically detect the wobie box, and you can proceed with setup.
