wobie box isn't shown in the Wi-Fi list during setup – what can I do?

If the wobie box doesn't appear during setup in wobie fav, try this:

Put your wobie box in pairing mode:

• Open the flap on the underside of the wobie box to access the ports.
• Make sure the wobie box LED is white, not blue or yellow.
• Hold the connection button for four seconds. The wobie box LED pulses while it looks for Wi-Fi networks.
  

Wait for the connection. wobie fav should now detect the wobie box so you can continue setup.
