My wobie box is not displayed in the device list of my Spotify app – what can I do?
If the wobie box does not appear in the device list of your Spotify app, please try the following steps:

Update your apps:
Make sure you have the latest version of the wobie fav app and the Spotify app installed on your smartphone. -
Clear the Spotify app cache:

Check username:
Make sure your Spotify username doesn't contain any special characters. These can cause problems connecting to the wobie box. Special characters aren't compatible with most Wi-Fi speakers. Here's how to find your username: How do I find my username? -
Log out of Spotify and log back in.
