My smartphone can no longer find the wobie box – what can I do?
If your smartphone can no longer find the wobie box, follow these steps to solve the problem:
Restart the smartphone and the wobie box:
- Turn off the wobie box.
- Restart your smartphone and wait about 3 minutes before turning it on again.
- Open the wobie fav app and make sure it is running properly.
- Turn the wobie box back on and check if it is now found.
Reset the wobie box to factory settings:
If the restart doesn't help, you can reset the wobie box to factory settings:
- Turn on the wobie box and turn it so that you can reach the button that allows you to switch between the connection types “WLAN > Bluetooth > microSD card”.
- Make sure Wi-Fi is selected (the LED should be white).
- Hold the button down for at least 10 seconds.
- Turn off the wobie box and restart it.
- Open the wobie fav app and go to “Set up new Wobie Box” to reconnect the box to your Wi-Fi.
