Having trouble connecting your wobie box to the wobie fav app? Don't worry—we'll show you what you can do to quickly resolve the issue.

To avoid possible connection problems, first make sure that

  1. the wobie box and your smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
  2. Bluetooth is deactivated on your smartphone during the connection process.

Troubleshooting steps

If everything is connected correctly and the wobie box still does not appear in the wobie fav app , follow these steps:

  1. Update the wobie fav app to the latest version to ensure you use all the latest features.
  2. Turn off the wobie box and close the wobie fav app completely (not just in the background).
  3. Turn the wobie box back on.
  4. Wait until the wobie box has connected to the Wi-Fi. You'll know this is done by the characteristic "mhm" sound the wobie box makes shortly after turning it on.
  5. Open the wobie fav app again. The wobie box will usually appear after a short time.
