Spotify Connect not working – managed accounts & the wobie box
The problem lies with a managed Spotify account. Spotify Connect does not support managed accounts, so it is not possible to connect to the wobie box or wobie fav app.
With the wobie box and the wobie fav app, you have full control over the content being played anyway thanks to the assignable buttons. If a normal Spotify account (not a managed account) is used, pairing usually works without any problems.
💡 Good to know – Spotify streaming & family subscription:
Only one device can stream at a time per Spotify account. A Spotify family subscription consists of several independent accounts with their own login details.
This differs from services such as Netflix or Prime Video, where one account can be used on multiple devices simultaneously.

This allows you to stream Spotify simultaneously with the wobie box and a smartphone or another wobie box without the devices interrupting each other's playback.
