Using a wobie box while travelling: public Wi-Fi networks

The wobie box can't connect to Wi-Fi networks that require you to sign in through a web page, such as many hotel or company networks. These captive portals ask for a login, access code or acceptance of terms.

A connection is only possible if the network administrator manually allows the device. Hotels and public networks usually don't offer this.

When travelling, use a private or open Wi-Fi network that doesn't require a captive portal.
