What if my wobie box isn't working properly after a firmware update?

Having problems with your wobie box after a firmware update? Try these steps.

1. Check the update

Make sure the update completed and you have the latest version of the wobie fav app on your phone. An incomplete update or outdated app may affect the wobie box. The steps are explained here.

2. Restore factory settings

If the wobie box still isn't working properly, you can restore factory settings. Here's how:

• Turn on the wobie box and connect it to the wobie fav app.
• Tap the settings icon with two lines in the top right corner.
• Select the large wobie box icon in the middle.
• Scroll down through the device details and tap ‘Restore factory settings’.
• Connect the wobie box to your Wi-Fi again.

Tip: Restart the wobie box and wobie fav app before you begin the reset.
