What if my wobie box switches to Bluetooth automatically?

Does your wobie box unexpectedly switch to Bluetooth? Check the apps on your phone and the active connection mode.

1. Close music and video apps

While your wobie box connects to your phone, close media apps running in the background. They may interfere or cause the wobie box to switch to Bluetooth.
Tip: Close media apps and try connecting again.

2. Toggle Bluetooth

If your wobie box is already connected, try turning Bluetooth off on your phone and then on again.

3. How can you tell it's in Bluetooth mode?

The wobie box uses its LED to show the mode:
👉 The LED in the middle of the rainbow buttons lights up blue.
To switch to Wi-Fi, open the silicone flap under the wobie box and briefly press the button until the LED turns white.
