What to do if your wobie box automatically connects to Bluetooth?
Your wobie box suddenly switches to Bluetooth mode? No need to worry – it's easy to fix. Here we'll show you what you can do to get everything running smoothly again.
1. Close music or video apps
While your wobie box is connecting to your smartphone, make sure no music or video apps are running in the background. These apps can interfere with the connection or cause the wobie box to automatically switch to Bluetooth mode.
Tip: Close all active media apps and try connecting again.
2. Briefly deactivate the Bluetooth connection
If your wobie box is already connected, it may help to briefly turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone and then re-enable it. This often makes the connection more stable.
3. How do I recognize Bluetooth mode?
The wobie box shows you with a clear sign that it is in Bluetooth mode:
👉 The LED in the middle of the rainbow buttons lights up blue.
To switch to Wi-Fi mode, open the silicone tab on the bottom of the wobie box and hold the button until the LED lights up white .
