Is it possible to assign some of the rainbow buttons to Spotify playlists and another part to your own music?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. You can't use separate rainbow buttons for Spotify playlists and your own music from the SD card. You can either listen to Spotify over Wi-Fi or offline via the microSD card.
