Your music is playing on the wobie box, even though you want to listen to it on your phone?
Then your Spotify accounts may have gotten mixed up.
What’s important: All 7 rainbow buttons must be linked to the same Spotify account (we call this Account 1). And you should always listen to your own music using a different account (Account 2).
If you’re sure that:

the wobie box is playing only via Account 1, and
-
you're listening through Account 2,
but your music is still being "stolen" by the box, something may have gone wrong during the Spotify setup.
Here’s how to reset your Spotify setup:

Delete the Spotify app from your phone and reinstall it.

Log in again to all the Spotify accounts you use.

Select Account 1 (your Spotify account for the wobie box).

Program all 7 rainbow buttons using Account 1.

Switch to Account 2, which you use to listen to music on your phone, and try playing music on your phone while the wobie box is also playing.
⚠️ Important: If even one button is programmed using the wrong account (e.g. Account 2), the "music theft" issue may occur again.
Additional tip: If Spotify asks whether you want to join a Jam Session – please decline. Otherwise, after the kids’ playlist, your music might start playing on the wobie box.
